What is the delivery time when a fur coat is IN STOCK / IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE?
If the product is in stock, we ship it the next business day. Delivery within the Czech Republic / Slovakia takes 2-3 days.
What is the delivery time for custom-made fur coats?
Custom-made fur coats have a production time of 2-4 weeks.
Why can't you guarantee an exact delivery date?
Because it involves manual and individual production. The delivery date is influenced by the following factors: availability of furs, complexity of the model, capacity of the sewing workshop, and international logistics.
Maintenance
A fur coat is like a piece of jewelry – if you care for it with love, it will last you for years. Our furs are of high quality and do not require complicated care, just a few simple rules:
🌧 Water and Rain
Do not wear the fur coat in heavy rain or wet snow. If it gets wet, let it air dry at room temperature – never dry it with a hairdryer, by a radiator, or in the sun. After drying, you can gently comb it.
🧥 Storage
Store it on a hanger and avoid plastic covers – they don't breathe and can damage the fur.
Return
Every Doll Furs coat is made to order and custom-fitted for each specific customer. For this reason, it is not possible to return or exchange the goods for a different model or size.
Each piece is unique and tailored to perfectly fit the given figure – the same size might not fit anyone else exactly. This rule protects not only our work but also fairness to customers who order their own, original piece.
In the past, we have seen cases where customers used the return option after a single use (e.g., photo shoots or social events). To maintain the quality and trust in our brand, every fur coat is produced as a unique piece with no possibility of return.
